Overview

Batteries are one of those bits that work perfectly… right up until they don't. The first cold morning of the year sorts the good batteries from the tired ones, and an unexpected no-start in the supermarket carpark is a bad way to find out yours had given up.

We carry a range of quality batteries on the shelf — standard flooded, calcium, AGM and EFB (for start-stop vehicles). Fitting most batteries takes 15-30 minutes, and we register the new battery to your car's body computer where the vehicle requires it (a lot of European cars do, and skipping this step shortens the battery's life significantly).

Our approach

Drive in — we'll test the battery's voltage, cold-cranking capacity and the alternator's output for free. If a new battery is the right call, we'll fit it (and code it where needed) usually within half an hour.
